FOR MY SISTER MINI-REVIEW

By FilmGnome, independent critic

For My Sister feels like it was made by a community college film student and I mean that in a good way, if that's possible. Yes, there are many flaws that you can pick apart and criticize, but the fresh and naive way the film was put together is fairly engaging. It's as though the filmmaker just bought a gimbal, switched the autofocus and autoexposure on his camera, and just started making a movie without a real crew or budget. I admire that.
