Dear valued visitors,
Welcome to the first blog post from a man equipped with little else than ideas, a word processor and a video camera! I'm glad you're here! This blog will be a space for updates and insight about my ongoing adventures in writing and filmmaking, including news and content related to my upcoming feature-length film production as well as original short stories. This blog will also follow significant happenings in my professional career as a communicator and writer as that aspect hopefully begins to gain traction in the coming months. I'm particularly excited about this new year because it happens to mark the 15th anniversary of my start as a filmmaker. In 2002, I began writing and commenced production on my first short film, Mass Education. To commemorate this occasion, I'll soon be posting a retrospective series of write-ups on each of my short films, from Mass Education to recent festival favorite, Leo's Love Letter. The series will feature brief commentary on each short film as well as a few "fun facts." So, if you ever tire of memes and cat videos (I don't blame you if you don't), please continue to drop by my humble corner of the internet. I'll do my best to fill this blog with compelling content and I hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
