I am beyond thrilled to share the final casting announcement for principal filming on my first feature-length film, For My Sister!
Meet Juan Iglesias, Lauren Horgan and Pedro Cohen! Juan is an experienced stage actor, having performed in over 20 productions as part of Pelican Playhouse, and he has also performed on-screen in several short films, including my final one, The Promotion. Lauren is a senior BA student in FIU's theatre program and has performed in several productions for Actor's Playhouse and Area Stage Company. Pedro has a master's degree from the Madrid Film Institute and has 15 years of experience acting in feature films and short films in Latin America, Spain and the United States.
In the film, Juan plays the head psychiatrist at a mental health hospital. Lauren and Pedro play two of the hospital's nurses.
