2. Promote inexpensive, sustainable forms of feature filmmaking.

3. Subsidize film productions of area film school graduates.

4. Encourage filmmakers to codify, teach and publish theory.

5. Replace yearly film festivals with those on a rolling basis.

6. Resist corporate media except when they serve Promethean fire.

7. Return to a culture of creativity and individual achievement.
